Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Over the years Marion Franke has grown to be the most recognizable name in Montgomery County and her team is Number 1 in her market!

Robert was born in Houston, TX and has lived most of his life in the Montgomery County area. Robert was originally a member of The Marion Franke Team for over 8 years right after its inception, and has recently rejoined the team, bringing years of commercial and residential expertise, as well as a very large listing inventory, nearly doubling the amount of commercial property listed by The Marion Franke Team.
Robert has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes with great success. Also an ever-present figure in the Montgomery County commercial real estate market, Robert has had the opportunity to work with many developers, builders and subdivision homeowners' associations from the beginning stages of residential development through completion and sale of individual homes.
Robert has over 900 hours in real estate education and is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the West Conroe Baptist Church. Robert is a diligent worker and believes in teamwork to achieve personal, professional and community goals.

Jay has worked in the Real Estate industry for the last 13 years and has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1986, before joining the team in 2006. Jay has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance along with a Master's Degree in Business from Sam Houston State University.

Jay has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1986. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 1993 with a Degree in Finance and in 1995 with a Master’s Degree in Business, Jay began his career in the banking and mortgage industry as a Commercial and Residential Loan Officer. Over the next 13 years Jay gained valuable experience within the finance and real estate industries and quickly earned a reputation as a highly respected loan officer in Montgomery County. Jay used his people skills and his ability to effectively communicate with others to help him transition into real estate with The Marion Franke Team in 2006. Since that time, Jay has further developed his skills and has become a top agent within the Franke Team as well as with the Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe Office.

Marion is a real estate veteran, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She was the first person to bring the team concept to the Montgomery County area, and has taken the business to levels that nobody else in the industry has been able to reach.

Jacob worked for Keller Williams Realty for two years beginning in January of 2006 as Director of Technology for the Lake Conroe market center. Due to his background in Real Estate technology, Marion asked him to join the team in June of 2008 and Jacob couldn't pass up such a great opportunity.

Jacob has lived in the Montgomery County area for the past 20 years and has an extensive background in technology, with an emphasis on Real Estate, having worked in Real Estate technology since January of 2006. He majored in Computer Engineering while attending A&M University from 2000 - 2005.
Jacob has designed all new marketing materials and campaigns from scratch (including this website) and is determined to bring the team to the next level.
Jacob currently lives in April Sound on Lake Conroe and in his spare time enjoys playing sports (including golf, if you couldn't tell), working on his condo and watching movies.
